The True Naruto Style

Aha, I made this because it seems that alot of people likes Naruto and I guess it would be cool to draw something for kicks. Also I used new techniques in Photoshop, but the only problem is the stupid paper that I scanned it on, Stupid crappy papers... Anywho, plz don't hate me for what I did to Naruto, I think it's quite funny what i did to him hehehe.
